Privacy and data

How long it takes
Most emails are answered within one working day. Data requests are answered within 30 days, as the GDPR requires — usually much sooner.

The service is operated by Igor Sezin, registered in France at 16 Rue Marietton, 69009 Lyon, France.
Card payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as our authorised reseller. They appear on your bank statement, issue your invoice and handle VAT. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments.
